Celebrating Mothers Style Show
On Thursday, May 8, the Friends of Cedar Valley Hospice Advisory Committee and Presenting Sponsor, Advanced Diagnostic Imaging, hosted over 375 community members at the Celebrating Mothers Style Show Benefit held at the Park Place Event Centre in Cedar Falls.
Palace Clothiers joined Jennifer’s On Main to present a fabulous peek at spring’s most tempting fashions for men and women. Cedar Valley Hospice staff and volunteers worked the runway as models.
Ann Kerian served as emcee for the event and Dee Vandeventer, president of ME&V, shared a moving reflection about how Cedar Valley Hospice services touched the life of her mother.

Who Have Died
Cedar Valley Hospice is sponsoring an ongoing support group for parents of young adult children who have died. It s open to anyone in the community.
When: Third Thursday of each month
6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Location: Cedar Valley Hospice - Kimball Ridge Center, Waterloo

Younger Bereaved Spouses/Partners Support Group
A monthly drop-in support group for pre-retirement age adults who have experienced the death of a spouse, fiancé or partner. When: Second Monday of each month*
