At Cedar Valley Hospice, we are committed to recognizing and meeting the unique needs of veterans. By providing veteran-centered education for staff and volunteers, and building cooperative relationships with veteran service agencies, we are better able to serve our nation’s veterans. We serve anyone who has been in the military, and in cases where specific needs exist related to your military service, combat experience, or other traumatic events, Cedar Valley Hospice will assist in finding tools to help and support you. We offer volunteer support and also provide a certificate of appreciation and acknowledgment to the veterans we serve.
America’s veterans have served our country with great honor and we believe it is important to show our appreciation. That’s why Cedar Valley Hospice is taking part in the We Honor Veterans program.
Cedar Valley Hospice is recognized as a Level 1 Partner by The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
