Cedar Valley Hospice Receives
5-Star Rating
Cedar Valley Hospice has received a 5-star rating from Medicare.gov, making it 1 of 11 in the state of Iowa to receive such an honor.
It is determined by analyzing the performance of Hospice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) satisfaction measures by asking caregivers if they received timely help, had good support and communication, were trained on how to care for their loved one, and ultimately, if they would recommend this hospice to others. Ultimately, the 5-star rating is represented on the national hospice compare website for providers and consumers to research their options.

The overall scores on this survey are confirmation that we are doing that each and every day. I am so proud of our employees for helping to achieve this new milestone.”
