At this time, there are no vaccination requirements for employment at Cedar Valley Hospice. 

Cedar Valley Hospice does require a pre-employment/post offer physical, TB test and drug screen. These are paid for by Cedar Valley Hospice. 

Yes! Those applying for a clinical position (nurse, social worker, aide, spiritual care counselor) may have the opportunity to job shadow a current employee. This may be requested at any point during the application process, including before applying or accepting an offer.
