Cedar Valley Hospice is the area’s original premier hospice agency, serving patients families facing life-limiting diagnoses since 1979. We’re proud to provide exceptional care to our communities through new and innovative programs, including our GUIDE Dementia Care program, which launched on July 1, 2025. Our services include hospice and palliative care, grief support for adults and youth and confidential case management through CASS for persons living with HIV.
