Cedar Valley Hospice is the area’s original hospice agency, serving patients families facing life-limiting diagnoses since 1979. We’re proud to provide exceptional care to our communities through new and innovative programs, including our GUIDE Dementia Care program. Our services include hospice, palliative and dementia care, grief support for adults and youth and confidential case management through CASS for persons living with HIV.
