Cedar Valley Hospice
Customer Service - Overall
Cedar Valley Hospice is the area’s original premier hospice agency, serving patients families facing life-limiting diagnoses since 1979. We’re proud to provide exceptional care to our communities through new and innovative programs, including our GUIDE Dementia Care program launching on July 1, 2025. Our services include hospice and palliative care, grief support for adults and children and confidential case management through CASS for persons living with HIV.
Eucalyptus Tree Program
The Eucalyptus Tree Program provides no cost grief support to youth ages 3-17 – no Cedar Valley Hospice affiliation required. We understand that death is difficult to process for all ages, and this program provides individualized support for youth. Our team offers activities to promote trust, healing, and resilience in a place safe for youth to express their feelings. The Eucalyptus Tree Program also provides support sessions for the entire family, schools and wherever there’s a need.Â
