Cedar Valley Hospice is the premier hospice agency serving 15 counties with offices in Waterloo, Grundy Center, Independence and Waverly. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant to join our well-respected team in our Waterloo office. 


At Cedar Valley Hospice you will work with the best team of clinicians, administrative staff and managers, utilizing highly regarded practices to provide optimum customer service to our patients and their families.


The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and other managers as time allows. This will include taking detailed meeting minutes, preparing and disseminating agendas, preparing meeting packets, maintaining communication with the Board of Directors, preparing and tracking contracts and applications and maintaining the Executive Director’s calendar, etc. The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Administrative role is required. Must be proficient with the “Microsoft Office Suite”. Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while being detail oriented.
