CareChats
CONVERSATIONS THAT MATTER.
CARE THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE.
Learn Today for a More Confident Tomorrow
Throughout our lives, we plan months in advance for significant events: a wedding, a graduation or even a big vacation. Another milestone that we will all face someday, but few plan for, is the end of life.
Through CareChats, you’ll have the opportunity to get answers from healthcare experts, giving you the tools and practical knowledge to make educated decisions without pressure. Presentations are available free of charge to businesses, professional groups, human resource and healthcare professionals, civic groups, schools, churches and more. Healthcare Partner Education
Education on end-of-life care helps healthcare partners work together to provide compassionate, high-quality support for patients and families. When physicians, nurses, social workers and community providers understand hospice care, symptom management and how to communicate during difficult moments, it creates a smoother, more comforting experience for everyone involved.
When care teams are informed and aligned, it reduces uncertainty, allows for families to feel more supported and ensures patients’ wishes can be honored with dignity and respect.
Note: CE credit opportunities are available.
