Confidential case management for people living with HIV or AIDS.
For those living with a serious illness, still seeking curative treatment.
As an independent, not-for-profit community hospice, Cedar Valley Hospice relies on the wonderful gifts of time and money from people and organizations in our communities to help us provide services to those who need it.
The Waterloo Support Center is Cedar Valley Hospice’s central office, supporting three additional site offices in Northeast Iowa, the area’s only Hospice Home and several of Cedar Valley Hospice’s programs. Our Waterloo clinical staff serving Black Hawk County call it home base, our grief department provides support to grieving youth, adults and families across all 15 counties in our service area, and our CASS program serves people in the community who are living with HIV from there. Please call our experts or fill out the contact form below with any questions you have regarding hospice, palliative care or grief support. Emails will be answered Monday-Friday during office hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). Those requiring immediate assistance should call 800.626.2360.
