My father was always the life of the party – I remember several as a youngster 🙂 He was an innovator and charismatic, and I always pushed myself to excel to earn his respect – although my family tells me (and I know too) that he loved me dearly. He bravely fought a rare cancer for 8 years using natural medicine – a feat I still admire. I get my knack for researching everything (including health topics) from him. He also instilled in me the love for music (I can still see him groovin’ to a good beat in my head.) I miss him dearly, but I carry his wisdom, sense of humor, energy and hunger for fun and life with me everyday. He loved Christmas, and it makes me feel warm inside just remembering how he would make it perfect. I know he’s in heaven rocking the air drums, watching the Hawks win, standing atop Bell Rock in Sedona… and playing a special song for me on the radio sometimes. I love you, Dad!
