Mom died in July of 2016 under CV Hospice’s care after a lengthy journey with dementia. We as her family were impressed with the care she received and when Dad was being referred to hospice care this past spring, we specifically requested Cedar Valley Hospice. The nurses, aids and social workers became like family – even the dog looked forward to the visits! Ray spent his last days in the Hospice House surrounded by family and the amazing staff and volunteers.
