Tree of Love tradition continues, offers keepsake ornament to honor loved ones

Cedar Valley Hospice is pleased to continue the Tree of Love tradition of giving. Tree of Love is a unique opportunity to memorialize or honor loved ones with a gift to Cedar Valley Hospice as well as an opportunity to come together for reflection during this special time of year.

Mark your calendar to join Cedar Valley Hospice staff, volunteers, patient families and community supporters for a special ceremony at our Tree of Love event on Sunday, December 5 at 2 p.m. at the Waterloo Center for the Arts.

Each donor to this cherished fundraiser will receive a bookmark or ornament as a symbol of our appreciation (see levels of giving below). Gifts to Cedar Valley Hospice recognize your loved one and support our work of Making Each Moment Matter for our hospice patients and families each year in our 15-county service area. Our mission to enrich lives with knowledge, respect and compassionate care inspires us to serve hundreds more through our grief department, LINK Palliative Care, CASS program and our Cedar Valley Hospice Home.

Ornaments will be available for pick-up our the Tree of Love event, as well as at each site location (Waterloo, Independence, Waverly and Grundy Center) beginning mid-November. They can also be mailed for an additional $5. Please consider your gift to Cedar Valley Hospice today!
